At Tiny Wings Company, we want you to love your purchase.

•  You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

•  Defective items: We will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

•  Non-defective returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping.

•  Used products, custom, or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

•  Please contact us first at tinywingscompany@gmail.com with your order number before returning any item.

•  Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
